Digital Sadab Ali believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6-8 days of placing the order. However, the request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by vendors or merchants and shipping has been initiated.
2. Perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc., are not eligible for cancellation. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory by the customer.
3. If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The complaint will be considered only after verification by the merchant and should be raised within 6-8 days of receiving the product.
4. If the product received does not match the description on the website or your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 6-8 days. Our team will evaluate your complaint and take an appropriate action.
5. For products with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer such issues directly to the respective manufacturer as per their terms.
6. In case a refund is approved by Digital Sadab Ali, it will take 3-5 working days for the amount to be processed and credited back to the customer.
